update problem

  Hi.
  
  I burned my atmega with avrisp II and AVRstudio6. I used the hex in bootloader file and all was fine. the problem is the update. I can entry in update mode (switches 1-3-5) but i can not load the firmware. The CPU does not respond. I try to program in windows midiox and mac with sysEXLibrarian with different velocities and nothing happens. I revised the continuity pin6 6n138 to the avr and it is ok.
  
  Is it possible to burn the atmega whit bootlpader and firewire in amtelstudio directly? or do you have any other suggestion?
