C25 is it 0.047uf or 0.056uf?

  So I'm in the midst of my build of the Mid Tom and I ran out of 0.056uf cap as I had used it on the Low Tom which is what its called C25 0.056uf in the build doc, but then I look at the BOM and it says that there's only one 0.056uf and it's C39 but it has C25 listed as 0.047uf so which is it, and for that which build should I follow? The BOM or the walk through?
