NPN general purpose transistor missing?

  Hello guys,
  
  I ordered the BOM list provided. But building the Noise section i seem to be missing:
  NPN general purpose transistor Q35 2SC828 - anyone else had/has this problem? I can't seem to find it on the ordering list as well
