My problem with the noise section still present with the mods (in the manual p15) or without.I change the OP amp, changes nothing.
I have +14,4V at pin 8 and -14,97V at pin 4 and +13,8OV at pin 1 (but in DC mod) when the IC is in position (+15,08V and -15,1V with no IC). No regular result with pin 1 in AC mod.
I check and test all the parts, the welds... no problem from this side (both capacitors have result up to their writing, the 18nF have a result of 35nF and the 39nF have a result of 54nF), I test the 2SC828 with my hFE tester the result is 260 and I have 13,8V in DC mod at pin1 without the 828 and 8,4V with it (I make a test with a 2SC945, same result).
When I modify TM4 nothing is happening.
My power supply send 17,80V (AC mod).
With no power on the board I have 100 Ohms at pin 4 and pin 8 of IC U24.
My multimeter: Mastech MS8240B.
So if you can give me an advice to find the problem it will be cool.

After make a lot of test (on components and on the original PCB), change components, I've decided to make a new PCB for the noise section and now I have the right result on pin 1 of UC24. But the mistery of this trouble is complet.
