Hey guys, just want to make sure, that I am not missing something.
The BOM reads 7 pieces of 0.1uf film capacitors. I'm now at the handclap section and count 6 0.1 capicitors already deployed on the board but I need 2 pieces for the handclap section.
After looking into the build guide of every section it looks like there should be 8 pieces in the BOM. Am I the only one who noticed this or am I doing something wrong?
Nava v1.0 BOM [5/18/16 IMPORTANT BOM UPDATE]
BOM is missing parts again, are there now parts that are unattainable due to the supply chain issues of recent?
This discussion is a great example of how DIY electronics communities help each other solve sourcing issues, compatibility questions, and assembly challenges. Projects like the Nava build require patience, technical reading, and attention to detail, especially when components become discontinued or replacement parts need to be verified before installation.
For hobbyists who enjoy working with electronics, engineering concepts, or technical documentation, the College of Contract Management offers flexible online learning that can complement these interests. Their online courses cover construction, management, and professional subjects while supporting learners who prefer studying from home alongside personal projects and work schedules.
I also found some useful reading on their platform about structured learning methods and improving concentration during technical tasks. Topics like organized problem-solving and cognitive development can be surprisingly helpful when assembling complex DIY kits or troubleshooting hardware issues like the ones discussed here.

Hopefully the updated BOM and replacement recommendations continue helping builders complete their Nava projects successfully.
