Roll function locking the whole system!

Hey Flavio, that's a really bizarre issue! I haven't run into that specifically with the roll function. It almost sounds like a stuck button or some kind of internal loop. Have you tried double-checking that the Shift key isn't physically jammed? Also, I know it sounds basic, but sometimes a fresh firmware flash can clear up these kinds of gremlins. Before you go too far down the rabbit hole, maybe look at the forums – I recall someone once mentioned a similar freeze related to a specific batch, perhaps called Sprunki or something similar?
