Sequencer part shows no voltages ?

Hi,

i am stuck at the moment, maybe someone has a clue where to start looking.

I have built the nava like described on the homepage... the analogue part works (checked with the trigger points, also all voltages are right).

Now i am at the sequencer part. I am at the point before inserting the ICs. But all seems dead...i can't measure any voltage at all. Only IC110 shows correct voltage and J15 seems also alright (thats 15v and -15v). All other ICs are showing nothing...? Seems only the 5V path is the problem?

I tried to find the right traces to look at but couldn't find the right ones...maybe someone can help me out?

Thanks ...

The Seq doesn´t get its voltage from the "normal" power cable from the output board. I think it comes from the 8-pin connector closer to the display, so that needs to be hoocked up aswell.

Yes I had the same problem, it's an oversight in the tutorial, you have to hook up the cable from J2 to J10 because those get the 5V from that connector

Thanks for your answer...

Yes that makes sense to me too. So I will continue building and look if things will work at the end.

But then the building instructions should be corrected...:) or someone reads this post ;)

You'll also notice the orientation of the LEDs in the cherry mx switches is wrong in the picture from the tutorial. Follow the + sign on the silkscreen (long leg) rather than the pictures
