crackle when touching the pots with metal

I have crackle when touching the pots with metal. Is it a ground problem?

Hi,
Now i've solved it by connecting ground to the chassis.
But now there is a bit of hum on the master out section, could anybody help me?

ext or int power supply?

Did you solder the metal tabs that hold the pots in place ?
You might want to at least solder one side of them.
