I'm searching for the same thing and found this page
http://www.electrongate.com/dmxfiles/other/index.html
which seem to host these samples.
Is there any difference between the Nava sample and this .bin?

Since it also hosts the samples of other sounds I guess the electron gate files are ordinary samples from the output of the 909. Also DMX use some kind of encoding of the bin files.

I believe this might be a better source. Enter 909 in the search field.
http://www.synthdiy.com/show/files.asp

But I haven't tried these files myself.

The fact that it stores audio samples from various sources leads me to believe that the electron gate files are just regular samples taken from the 909's output. Additionally, DMX encrypts the bin files in some way.
