After letting my brain sit for a little while I remembered I could simply check the schematic
I was working on the soldering and crimping for hours and my brain went into sleep mode.
The pins are correct!

J14 - 6 pin wire housing - Should this wire be screened wire? And if so, which pins are ground and which aren't? The instructions for it are not really clear and I don't want to make a mistake. I have screened wire which looks similar to the one in the image (red and white). Is this correct:

Pin 1 - white
Pin 2 - ground
Pin 3 - red
Pin 4 - ground
Pin 5 - red
Pin 6 - white

It looks that way in the image of all the final wiring but I am not 100% sure on this.
