What are the "rules" in relation to the kits? If we haven't paid it by a certain time will it be sold to another user or is there no set time limit? I have the money to buy it right now, but would rather purchase it when I get paid in a few weeks...

Just asking as I don't want to potentially lose the pre-order

I'm logged into the store but it still says "this item is no longer in stock". Is there anything else i have to do?
