Weird Behavior with toms

So I had my low and mid tom sections built and working fine then I started working on my High tom section today. When I was finished with it I got the right voltages at the IC, Diodes are in the right way, right pots and transistors in the correct places but I'm getting an extremely quiet output for the High tom. Tried re-flowing a few pads and swapping out IC's to see if that fixed anything but now when I power my yocto back up, I'm still having the volume issue on the High tom output but now for whatever reason it seems like the "Low Tom" is the highest pitched and the "High Tom" that isn't the correct volume is the lowest pitched.
Needless to say I am confused as hell!!! Anybody have any clue what might be going on???

Not sure, but did you connect all(!) the wires to the IO board?

yup, everything is connected, no issues with the other sounds at all (except for the noise/snare issue mentioned in other threads)
gonna try and upload some photos of my board to see if anyone can spot something that I don't see.

Are your caps in the right holes for C98 and C105? Your C105 looks a bit juicy for a 5.6n.

good catch!! I definitely have the wrong caps in there. I think I need to swap C105 with C76 in the Low Tom section to fix the pitch issue, then I'm hoping that replacing C98 will fix the output issue. I'll post an update once I move the parts around!
