I have the yocto v1 and the nava using midi sync, with the Yoto firmware V1.0C the 2 machine are nice in sync but with the yocto firmware v1.0G not, the yocto sync is a little bit later...
can someone checkt this ...

how did you find programming this? i am desperate for tap write, it's looking like the only way to get this might be to code it myself... :s

All changes are documented.
Nobody is working on Tap at the moment afaik

indeed, and the current version is very stable and rock solid (use it a lot)

I hope to get again time for my studio... But what about the bug fixes and improvements to the actual firmware? Anybody still working on it?
I remember I "beta-tested" for HomoElectromagneticus before version G

as for people working on it,
I've been doing some work on pattern import/export, but havan't had time to finish it properly.
don't know if anybody else is doing anything, if someone will do anything they will sure post it here.
