Re: Greetings from the new official firmware developer
Time for my monthly *kick* of this topic :D Hope all is well @halides! Hi all! Sorry to say for myself and for all of you who have been patiently waiting, all has not been well and is not well. I started working with the Yocto during what in hindsight was a hypomanic episode from which I sunk into ...

Re: Greetings from the new official firmware developer
you need to figure out how the sysex data is expected (by looking at the bootloader, not fun but not too hard) i have a hex2syx app which outputs sysex data suitible for my bootloader, so you could use that and modify it to output the sysex data in the format expected by the yocto bootloader but fo...

Re: Greetings from the new official firmware developer
@Halides Could you please coordinate with Vincent to create an official github page for the code from http://www.e-licktronic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=180&start=10#p2391 and then start from there? That way other developers can file merge requests and such, this would speed up developm...

Hi and sorry again for my extreme tardiness, spent the xmas holiday just chilling and abruptly left my job beginning of this year and had to start looking for a new project. I've gone through many interviews and had to do a bunch of work examples for applications. I just returned the last one I was ...

Re: Greetings from the new official firmware developer
Hmm, yeah, the sync part didn't look too funny but I'll focus on that next time I'll romp around in the codebase.

Re: No sound coming from Cymbal Section
I actually found out that my cymbal does work when my pcb isn't assembled, so it looks like there is something wrong with the pcb itself and one of the traces. When I bend the pcb slightly the cymbal works again for some time, I start tapping some points on the pcb near the cymbal section and the s...

Re: Shift button seems to be permanently stuck on now. Halp
71 ohms won't let too much current flow, so that's good, otherwise, a full short would cause something else to heat up a lot now, if you don't see a resistor touching somewhere, then maybe it could be inside the shift register if the shift register (IC7) is socketed - remove it from the socket, and...
